In order to make possible the integration of channels and media in your LMS, the Nudgis and the LMS must be in the same domain, because otherwise cookies (considered as Third-party cookies) will be rejected by most browsers, breaking authentication in the process.

Correct example:

Moodle: my-moodle.example.com

Nudgis: my-nudgis.example.com

Incorrect example:

Moodle: my.example.com

Nudgis: my.nudgis.com
